An 8-stage agentic pipeline for Australian construction tender response. Reads 50 to 150 PDFs — every table, every drawing — and produces a cited, priced quote draft. Deterministic where it matters, LLM where it adds value. Every quote line verified to the character against its source page. No hallucination passes silently.
