GenAI Architecture
Take your AI from notebook to production — RAG that cites its sources, multi-agent and voice pipelines, evals and observability, guardrails against hallucination. You get a system that ships and stays reliable under load, not another demo.
WHO IT IS FOR
Startups and scale-ups building AI-native products — teams that tried off-the-shelf tools and hit the ceiling.
// track
Fractional CTO
Co-founder-level technical leadership without the equity conversation. Architecture calls, AI roadmap, build-vs-buy, production-readiness reviews — so you move fast without betting the company on the wrong stack.
WHO IT IS FOR
AI-native startups that need a senior technical presence in the room, not a full-time hire yet.

GenAI Production Audit
A fixed-scope, deep review of your AI system — or your readiness to build one. You get an honest verdict and a roadmap, not a sales pitch. It’s the fastest way to know exactly where you stand.
Architecture & data review — retrieval, grounding, model choice, and where it breaks under load
Eval & guardrail gap analysis — exactly where the system can be confidently wrong
Reliability, security & cost review against the AWS Well-Architected GenAI Lens
A prioritized, costed roadmap — what to fix, in what order, and what it’s worth
Fixed fee · ~1–2 weeks · written report + walkthrough call
// questions
Are you a consultant or a fractional CTO?+
Both, depending on what you need. If you have a specific GenAI system to build or fix, that’s an architecture engagement. If you need senior technical leadership in the room — roadmap, build-vs-buy, production-readiness — that’s the fractional CTO track. We figure out which on the first call.
What do you actually build?+
Production GenAI: RAG that cites its sources, multi-agent and voice pipelines, evals and guardrails, observability — deployed and maintained on AWS or Azure. I build the full stack, not slideware: architecture, backend, data, and the UI on top.
How do engagements work, and how fast?+
Brief, then a scoped proposal with timeline and cost within 48 hours, then weekly shipping with real progress and no surprises. I take two clients at a time so you get senior attention, not a junior behind a logo.
What does it cost?+
Project-based. The GenAI Production Audit is a fixed-fee entry point; larger builds are scoped after a brief so you’re never quoted blind. Ranges run from small focused pieces to A$50K+ multi-month builds.
Where are you based — do you work remotely?+
Sydney, Australia, and remote-first by default. I’ve delivered for teams across Australia, the UK, the UAE, and the US, so timezones are a solved problem.
What makes you different from an agency or a generalist developer?+
I’m an AWS Certified Generative AI Developer (Professional) with 7+ years of production engineering — so I architect it and build it, and I build for production (evals, guardrails, reliability, cost), not for a demo that breaks the moment real users arrive.
How do you handle accuracy and hallucination?+
Retrieval grounding with source citation, a golden-set eval that gates every change, deterministic guardrails around the model, and human-in-the-loop where the cost of being wrong is highest. "Confidently wrong" is the failure mode I design against first.
